I would also like to take this opportunity again to say the TTS consultant has been so wonderful to work with. Her work is fabulous and needs very little change. She quickly establishes relationships with my internal clients and she has gained their respect. In fact, some of them now ask me if she can work on their training project. That is a great compliment to her!
