Today’s training pilot class was a huge success because of three factors – the instructors, the participants and crucially, because of the outstanding leadership you have both provided in taking us from a blank sheet of paper just a few months ago, to an interactive, results-driven , professional and engaging training experience delivered to our pilot class participants today. I cannot thank you enough for making this happen and I think the feedback from the class that they have been needing/wanting/hoping for this for several years is testament to the fact that you nailed the target audience and content.
