This was very well done and masterfully aligned with our leadership framework and core competencies. I’ve sat in countless “leadership” training courses. This positive forward looking approach reinforces actionable next steps with tools that can be utilized in the future was great! The course was definitely one of the highlights of my time here. Furthermore, it puts into action our efforts to make our company the best place to work, learn and grow.
