Marilyn Harris – Total Training Solutions’ Founder and President
Marilyn founded Total Training Solution, Inc. in 1994 to assist businesses with their training projects and training staffing needs. Today, she has overall management responsibilities for the design, development, production, facilitation, and implementation of all training projects and serves as the direct interface for business growth and client development. She is skilled in all aspects of instructional design along with eLearning utilizing the latest of technologies.
Prior to establishing Total Training Solutions, Marilyn was the Training Manager for American Stores with responsibilities for all operational training to support American Stores and its affiliates, including Jewel Food Stores, Acme Markets, and Star Markets. Prior to her role at American Stores, she was the Training Manager for Jewel Food Stores with responsibilities for all front-end store operations training design, development, and implementations along with new store openings. She is a recognized leader and was honored by the NAWBO as Influential Women in Business of the Year in 2001.
Rod Snyder – Senior VP, Business Development
Rod is responsible for the business development and recruiting functions within Total Training Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience working with all types of corporations identifying and matching the best talent for their needs. He provides expertise in consulting services, project based services and permanent placement.
Prior to Total Training Solutions, Rod worked as a partner with Covington Group where he was responsible for revenue producing functions and managing a staff of placement consultants. His career in consulting and placement started with a large international placement firm.
Rod graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business majoring in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
