Job Description - Instructional Designers (ILT and eLearning)
Skill / Experience - Must have 5+ years experience with demonstrated ability to design engaging, interactive courseware that adheres to adult learning principles; strong interpersonal skills (communication, active listening, consulting, teaming, presentation, coaching and counseling); Detail oriented; proficient use of Microsoft Office 2003/2007; proven use of training methodologies and knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
Requirement - Must be a self-starter, dependable independent and team player with advanced organization skills. Must have flexible scheduling capabilities.
Education - Masters in Instructional Design or equivalent.
Location - Chicagoland Area - Illinois; must be local to area.
Job Type - Contract - Project Based
Duration - Project Based as needed
