Job Description - Seeking seasoned contract facilitators with a minimum of 5 years of delivering professional development and leadership topics to adult learners in a corporate environment.
Skill / Experience - Must have 5+ years experience as a classroom and virtual facilitator in a corporate environment for adult learners; demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles in an engaging, interactive learning environment; strong interpersonal skills (communication, active listening, consulting, teaming, presentation, coaching and counseling).
Requirement - Must have flexible scheduling capabilities.
Education - Minimum Bachelors Degree; Masters in Adult Education or equivalent desirable
Location - Opportunities based in Chicagoland area, IL and Washington, DC area; candidates must be local to one of the specified locations.
Job Type - Contract - Project Based
Duration - Project Based as needed
