Our client was faced with the need to provide their North American service station Facility Managers with a mentoring program that strengthened their knowledge, skills, and ability to provide on-the-job training to their employees and to new Facility Managers. The Facility Managers were responsible for training their employees on over 200 job tasks and the new Facility Managers on over 300 job tasks.

Our client chose to implement OJT training for their Facility Managers, Market Managers, and Division Managers. Total Training Solutions was selected to deliver the OJT training to these employees. To date over 175 employees have become certified OJT Mentors.

As a result of implementing this OJT Trainer training, our client now has over 175 qualified mentors to teach new Facility Managers on-the-job, where they can immediately practice and apply their learning.
