Total Training Solutions was selected to perform a needs analysis and determine the most effective method of training on a series of complex procedures and multiple systems within our client´s processing center. Modular self study courses were designed to support each of their functional areas. Each course, designed by job tasks, included detailed explanation of concepts, procedures and system functions. For each job task, students were required to complete knowledge based exercises and hands-on practices to ensure their understanding and application of that particular skill. To supplement this training, each new hire was assigned a mentor. A supplemental mentor guide was developed to aid in this mentoring process of the new hires.

The Self Study training materials provided our client with the tools needed to effectively train their growing staff in an efficient and detailed manner. The new hires are now able to master the specific procedures, processes, tasks, and system functions required of each task within their new role and quickly apply the acquired skills on-the-job. The Self Study courses provide our client with their needed comprehensive training programs as well as serve as on-the-job reference tools. |
